I already have a clear floor-plan blueprint and a walkthrough video for a single-level, 2,800 sq ft office space. What I now need is a precise set of digital models—both 2D and 3D—that I can forward to office-fit-out vendors for accurate quotations. Scope • Re-draft the blueprint into a clean, scaled 2D plan, adding all critical dimensions. • Build a matching 3D model that shows walls, doors, windows, a minimalist furniture layout, and the corresponding lighting fixtures. Preferred Workflow You may use AutoCAD for the 2D work and any mainstream 3D tool you’re comfortable with—Revit, SketchUp, or similar—as long as the geometry stays true to the CAD base. I’ll supply the original PDF/DWG files plus the video reference as soon as we start. Deliverables 1. Final 2D CAD drawing (DWG + PDF). 2. 3D model file (SKP, RVT, or FBX) and two or three high-resolution still renders that clearly convey the minimalist layout and lighting points. Acceptance • Dimensions in the 2D plan must align with the supplied blueprint (±1 cm tolerance). • Furniture pieces and lighting fixtures should reflect minimalist styling—clean lines, neutral colors, no decorative clutter. • All files must open error-free in the latest AutoCAD and SketchUp/Revit versions. Once the models are approved, I may request a simple fly-through, but that can be scoped separately.
