Acceptance criteria 1. Both floor plans fit within 30 × 50 ft boundaries and maintain modern façade aesthetics. 2. All CAD layers remain unlocked and labelled logically (walls, furniture, MEP, dimensions). 3. Minimum two high-resolution renders for each façade lighting scenario (day and night). 4. Revisions: up to two rounds to fine-tune room sizes or exterior materials. If you regularly work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools and can hit these deliverables with a quick turnaround, let’s get this home on paper—and on screen—so construction can start without a hitch.
