I am looking for an experienced 3CX System Administrator to configure a newly ported phone number on my existing 3CX system. The number has already been ported to my SIP provider, but it needs to be properly set up within 3CX to receive calls. Current Setup: 3CX Phone System is already installed and running. The phone number has been successfully ported to the SIP Trunk provider. Scope of Work: Configuration: Add the ported DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number to the existing SIP Trunk in 3CX. Create and configure Inbound Rules to route calls to the correct destination (e.g., specific extension, Ring Group, or IVR). Ensure outbound Caller ID is set correctly if required. Test the number to ensure inbound and outbound calls are working perfectly. Documentation (Crucial): Provide a clear, step-by-step PDF or Word document explaining exactly what was done. The guide must include screenshots so I can repeat this process myself for future numbers without hiring external help.
