SketchUp House Modeling & Garden Design We are looking for an experienced SketchUp architect/designer for a two-part project covering our detached residential property in the Netherlands. Both deliverables must be produced in SketchUp. Please read both sections carefully and include your approach and relevant portfolio work in your proposal. Part 1 — Detailed 3D House Model We require a highly accurate and detailed SketchUp model of our existing home, suitable for producing high-quality internal 3D renders. What we'll provide: Floor plans and/or architectural drawings Key dimensions and room layouts Reference photos (interior and exterior) Model requirements: Accurate dimensions throughout — walls, ceiling heights, room proportions Full exterior modelling including roof, facade, and window/door placement Detailed interior elements, including at minimum: All windows and doors (correct sizing and swing direction) Kitchen layout and cabinetry Staircases Bathrooms/sanitary fixtures Built-in storage and structural features Sufficient interior detail to support realistic 3D rendering (materials, textures, light openings) Clean, organised layer/tag structure for ease of use Deliverable: One complete SketchUp file (.skp), compatible with SketchUp Pro 2022 or later. Part 2 — Garden Design (Two Concept Designs) We are looking for a creative and functional garden design for our 415m² plot. The project will begin with an intake conversation to align on our preferences, style, budget constraints, and priorities before any design work begins. Process: Intake call — video or written Q&A to discuss vision, preferences, must-haves, and style references Two distinct design concepts developed based on the intake, offering meaningfully different layout approaches or aesthetics Both concepts modelled in SketchUp and presented with top-down layout views and at minimum one 3D perspective per concept. The garden design should fit the location climate and needs to be constructable within a ~40k budget. Required elements in both designs: - Garden house / outbuilding - Vegetable garden - Sauna - Cold plunge / ice bath - Lounge area - Lawn/grass area Deliverables: Two SketchUp files (.skp), one per concept Basic materials/textures applied for visual clarity A brief written description per concept explaining the layout logic, design choices and cost estimates for each element.
