I'm looking for an experienced 3D modeler to design a print-ready, articulated Xenomorph (Alien franchise) quadruped robot model optimized for FDM printing (PLA) and servo motor integration. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: • Overall size: approximately 25–30 cm long • Must be delivered as separate STL parts (not a single fused mesh) • Fully editable source file required (Fusion 360 .f3d or Blender .blend) REQUIRED BODY PARTS (separate STL files): - Head (with mouth cavity for HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor: 45×20mm opening) - Neck - Thorax/body (main chassis) - 2x Front legs (upper + lower segment each) - 2x Rear legs (upper + lower + foot segment each — digitigrade/reverse knee style) - Tail (2–3 segments) MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Thorax must have an internal hollow cavity: minimum 80×50×40mm to house ESP32 board + PCA9685 servo driver + 7.4V LiPo battery - Each articulation point must include a servo horn mount: • MG996R servo mount (40×20mm body slot) for rear hips and knees • MG90S servo mount (22×12mm body slot) for front legs and tail - 4mm screw holes at each joint for servo horn attachment - PIR sensor window on dorsal thorax surface (circular opening, 23mm diameter) - Removable belly panel on thorax for electronics access (snap fit or 2 screws) PRINT REQUIREMENTS: - All parts must print without supports where possible - Minimum wall thickness: 2.5mm - Tolerances: 0.3mm clearance at all joints - No part larger than 200×200mm (standard print bed) STYLE REFERENCE: - Inspired by the H.R. Giger Xenomorph (Alien franchise) — elongated skull, dorsal tubes/spines, digitigrade rear legs, long tail with blade tip - Stylized/simplified is acceptable — does not need to be hyper-detailed, functional mechanics are priority DELIVERABLES: - All separate STL files optimized for FDM printing - Source file (Fusion 360 .f3d preferred, or Blender .blend) - Simple assembly diagram (image or PDF)
