I’m developing a new restaurant concept and need a complete 3D build that shows the space inside and out. The look is firmly modern and the palette will sit within a clean monochrome scheme, so the model has to communicate sleek lines, subtle texture work, and smart lighting rather than bold colour accents. Here’s what I’m picturing: • A single, editable 3D file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp or similar—use whatever you’re fastest with) that includes the full shell, façade, seating areas, bar, kitchen frontage and any exterior landscaping I provide. • Four to six high-resolution, photoreal renders from key viewpoints—day and night—ready for client presentation. • Optional short fly-through if that’s something you already do; let me know in your reply and I’ll confirm whether we add it as an extra milestone. I’ll supply the floor plan, ceiling heights, reference photos and any fixture schedules as soon as we start. The main acceptance criteria are accurate proportions, coherent lighting, and a design language that keeps every surface within the black-white-grey range without feeling flat.
