I now need is a fully developed 3-D model—complete with fittings, valves, and clearly legible annotations—that can export and NWC and stand up to Navisworks clash detection. From that, I expect you to generate the utility piping layout in Plant3D, apply the correct spec and catalog items, tag every component, and place iso drawings inside the project folder.
