3D Utility Piping Layout Modeling

I have an ongoing project in AutoCAD focused exclusively on the utility(Heating and Cooling) PID design. I now need is a fully developed 3-D model—complete with fittings, valves, and clearly legible annotations—that can export and NWC and stand up to Navisworks clash detection. You’ll receive my civil reference model and AutoCAD PID Design. From that, I expect you to generate the utility piping layout in Plant3D, apply the correct spec and catalog items, tag every component, and place iso drawings inside the project folder.
