Scope of work • Detailed 2D plans for every room that clearly mark furniture positioning, circulation space, wall treatments, and electrical points. • High-quality, photo-realistic 3D renders that let me “walk through” each area and fine-tune finishes, textures, and lighting schemes. Specifications of the mateirals that can be used to get he same look and feel as given in the 2D and 3D design. Color code of the shade wherever any color depiction is shown Master Bedroom focus This room is my top priority. It must combine: – Custom storage solutions that maximise limited wall space without feeling bulky. – A comfortable seating area (think reading nook or small lounge bench). – Layered lighting fixtures—ambient, task, and accent—to set different moods while staying energy-efficient. Deliverables 1. Room-by-room 2D layout set (PDF + source). 2. 3D visualisations/renders (static images and, if possible, a short walkthrough or 360 view). 3. Material and finishes schedule aligned with the Modern theme for easy procurement. 4. Revision round after I review the initial concepts to tweak colours, furnishings, or lighting. Acceptance criteria • Drawings match actual onsite measurements (I will supply dimensions and photos). • Storage, seating, and lighting in the master bedroom are fully integrated and practical. • Final files are ready for hand-off to my contractor and carpenter—no guesswork left.
