I want to optimize the web scraping part aThe goal is to reduce total execution time by processing multiple files or tasks at the same time. I also want simple before-and-after timing to confirm that the optimization actually helps. The project already uses Flask-CLI, Fiona, Shapely, Requests, and standard Python libraries. That’s it — just make it faster by improving web scraping time with proper comments where u did chnages.
