I am looking to hire an experienced 3D artist to handle the final optimization, texturing, and conversion of a MetaHuman asset for use in a web application (Three.js). The final model must be highly optimized for performance, retain a photorealistic appearance, and include a set of professional animations suitable for a presentation or training scenario. The core requirement is a clean, ready-to-use GLB file that includes full functionality for speech synchronization and a dedicated animation library. Key Requirements & Deliverables Source Model: I will provide the raw MetaHuman FBX/Asset downloaded from Quixel Bridge. Animation Package Integration (Updated): The freelancer must source, clean, and integrate a package of professional animations suitable for a speaker, presenter, or trainer (e.g., from Mixamo or a similar Mocap library). Required Animations: Walking / Standing Idle (Confident posture) Hand Gestures (e.g., pointing, emphasizing, counting, explaining ideas) Body Poses (e.g., arms crossed, resting on hip, attentive standing) Presentation Gestures (e.g., explaining, welcoming, acknowledging) All animations must be properly retargeted to the MetaHuman skeleton and exported for use in Three.js. Rigging & Lip-Sync Functionality: All MetaHuman Shape Keys (Visemes and Expressions) must be preserved and included in the final export, ready for code-driven manipulation via Three.js. Web Optimization (Performance): Optimization of the body mesh, textures (reduced to 2K or 1K), and the complex hair system (converted to optimized Hair Cards/Geometry) for browser performance. Final Deliverable: One highly optimized, clean .GLB file (or .gltf + associated files) that includes all textures, the full skeleton, functional Morph Targets (Visemes), and the complete set of Body Animations. Required Expertise Advanced knowledge of 3D Asset Optimization for real-time environments (web/games). Proven experience working with MetaHuman assets and complex FBX files. Expertise in Animation Retargeting (e.g., using Mixamo/Mocap data on MetaHuman skeletons). Strong understanding of GLTF/GLB specifications and limitations, particularly regarding Morph Targets (Shape Keys) and multiple Animation Clips in Three.js.
