I want to replace a patchwork of manual routines with a single AI-driven workflow that keeps our operation moving on its own. The focus is firmly on streamlining three areas: • Human resources tasks – onboarding, leave approvals, payroll cross-checks. • Inventory management – real-time stock counts, demand forecasting, automated reorder triggers. • Financial reporting – month-end consolidation, variance analysis, management dashboards. The system must comfortably process text data (contracts, policies, e-mails), numeric data (spreadsheets, CSV exports) and image data (scanned invoices, product photos). It should recognise, classify and extract what it needs from each format, then trigger the appropriate downstream action or populate a dashboard. Preferred approach I am open to the stack as long as it is practical and maintainable—Python with OCR libraries, an RPA platform such as UiPath or Power Automate, or a thoughtful mix. Seamless API integration with our existing ERP and HRIS is essential, and the solution has to respect GDPR-level data security. Deliverables & acceptance 1. Modular code or RPA workflows with clear documentation. 2. Integration hooks for HRIS, inventory and finance systems (REST or GraphQL). 3. A web-based or embedded dashboard that shows live status and KPIs. 4. Deployment guide and recorded demo proving each automated process runs end-to-end.
