Project Overview We are building an AI-powered outbound cold calling system that calls leads automatically, speaks in Singapore English (Singlish style), qualifies interest, and books Zoom appointments on Google Calendar. Scope of Phase 1 2.1 Lead Input Leads will be provided via a Google Spreadsheet The system should: Read leads row by row Call leads one by one Update the call status back to the spreadsheet 2.2 Outbound AI Calling AI places outbound calls automatically AI speaks in Singapore English (Singlish tone and phrasing) AI follows a provided script + knowledge base AI must handle: Objections Interruptions Natural conversation flow 2.3 Appointment Booking If the lead agrees to a meeting: AI asks for preferred date and time System checks Google Calendar availability Prevents double booking Creates a calendar event Sends a calendar invite to the lead’s email The meeting is assumed to be on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, and the meeting link is to be included in the calendar invite. No integration is required.
