My primary mailbox is hosted on Gmail (IMAP/SMTP access available), and the agent must plug straight into that account, analyse each incoming message, detect intent through keywords, sender addresses and subject lines, then generate concise responses I can approve with one click. Scope • Support every category I deal with—customer support, sales leads, internal coordination and the occasional government communication—without mixing tones. • Pull context from previous threads or scheduling tool so replies feel personal and informed. • Work as either code (Python, Node, etc.) or a robust no-code stack (Zapier, Make, n8n + OpenAI or similar). I’m flexible as long as it’s maintainable. Deliverable A live, documented workflow connected to my HostGator inbox, CRM and calendar, complete with clear instructions so I can tweak prompts, routing rules and fallback logic on my own.
