I am building a premium, AI-powered advisory platform for senior leaders and board directors, built as an MVP-lite using an assembled, but coherent, stack rather than a full custom build. The core intelligence layer runs on Relevance AI (multi-agent, RAG-based advisory “panel” with persistent user memory), integrated with Stripe for payments, Brevo for CRM/email, Calendly for live advisory bookings, and Zapier to orchestrate data flows and triggers. The UX includes a structured, multi-stage conversation flow (decision framing, clarifying questions, assumptions panel, council synthesis, Founders personalised insights, reflection prompts, and a generated “Decision Intelligence Report” PDF), all of which must be reflected in how the front-end presents and labels each step. Around this core, the MVP uses: a branded Typeform (or similar) for the “Leadership Profile” onboarding assessment, Airtable as the user/profile store, a redesigned landing page, marketing + member portal (likely custom HTML/CSS or a modern framework), and Circle.so for the private peer community layer. The technical requirement for the freelancer is to design and/or implement a cohesive UX and visual system across these tools (landing page, dashboard, onboarding form, embedded Relevance AI widget, and Circle community), ensuring consistent branding, structured output formatting, and smooth flows between systems, without needing to build a bespoke backend from scratch. What We Are Looking For Essential skills: • Demonstrable Relevance AI build experience with portfolio examples • Zapier multi-step automation at intermediate to advanced level • Typeform and Airtable integration including consent management • Brevo or equivalent email automation platform • Privacy-aware build practices — experience implementing consent architecture, data minimisation, and access controls • Website update capability (platform to be confirmed) Highly desirable: • Familiarity with Australian Privacy Act requirements or GDPR equivalent • Circle.so configuration experience • Experience building AI platforms for professional services, governance, or advisory markets • Experience with ADM logging and explainability implementations Disqualifying factors: • No demonstrable Relevance AI experience • No experience with consent architecture or data privacy requirements in build work • Proposing to use the Illumetis knowledge base or user data for any purpose beyond platform operation Timeline • Week 1: Relevance AI agent workflow (Stages 1–8) first draft for testing • Week 2: Typeform / Airtable / Brevo onboarding and consent layer complete • Week 3: Zapier automations, Stripe connection, Circle.so setup, security configuration • Week 4: Landing page updates, full end-to-end testing including security verification, handover and access revocation Budget Fixed price preferred. Indicative budget: AUD $2000-2500 — the upper range reflects the additional security and compliance architecture required. Applicants quoting outside this range are welcome to apply with justification. How to Apply Please address the following in your proposal: 1. One or two examples of Relevance AI builds you have completed — describe the use case and workflow complexity 2. Describe how you have handled user consent and data privacy requirements in a previous build 3. Your proposed approach to the Thinking Artefact generation (Stage 8) 4. Your proposed approach to the ADM decision logging requirement — how would you implement session metadata capture to Airtable via Zapier? 5. Confirmation of availability to start within 7 days
