It must answer course-related questions in real time and suggest follow-up resources when a student is stuck. • The same bot should analyse each learner’s progress and automatically propose a personalised learning path, surfacing modules to revisit or skip based on quiz scores and activity logs. Dashboards • Student dashboard: clean view of lessons completed, scores, chatbot interactions and career-readiness checklist. • Instructor / admin dashboard: aggregate analytics, cohort comparisons, exportable CSV reports and a simple CMS to upload or edit lesson content. Course scope I will supply the raw curriculum outline for digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email, analytics). You will translate that into a structured course inside the platform, including short assessments and practical tasks aimed at job placement readiness. Key integrations OpenAI (or similar LLM) for the chatbot, a relational database for user data, and a modern web stack (React or Vue on the front end, Node, Django or Laravel on the back end—flexible on exact tooling if the requirements above are met). Deliverables 1. Fully deployed web app (desktop and mobile responsive). 2. Source code in a private repo with setup instructions. 3. Documentation for maintaining the chatbot prompts and updating course content. 4. Post-launch hand-over session walking through dashboards and CMS. Acceptance criteria • Chatbot responds in under 3 seconds and stays contextually accurate to the curriculum. • Personalised path updates after every graded quiz. • All dashboards load in under 2 seconds on a standard broadband connection. • Code passes automated linting/tests that you include in the repo.
