Key Responsibilities Content Production & Repurposing Take long-form video, audio, or written content and break it down into dozens of short-form, platform-ready pieces. Create branded clips, reels, shorts, and social assets in bulk using AI and automation. Manage avatars, voice cloning, and AI tools to expand production. Automation & Scaling Use tools like Opus Clip, CapCut, Descript, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, MidJourney, ElevenLabs and more to mass-produce content. Set up workflows in Zapier, Make, or custom stacks to automate repetitive publishing and repurposing tasks. Build processes that ensure hundreds of posts per week go out across YouTube, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, FB, and beyond. AI-First Creativity Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to create hooks, captions, thumbnails, scripts, and variations at scale. Continuously find new tools and methods to push output higher while keeping quality strong. Analytics & Optimization Track performance across platforms and double down on what works. Ensure systems are built to get smarter and faster every single week. Who We’re Looking For Proven experience: You’ve already managed content machines producing hundreds of posts per week. Tool master: You know the AI content stack — Opus, CapCut, Descript, AI Avatars, scheduling tools, etc. Automation mindset: You don’t just edit — you build workflows that run themselves. High output personality: Organized, fast, relentless — you get things done without excuses. Strong communicator: Able to work with leadership and creatives to keep the content firehose flowing. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $800/month to $1,500/month within 6 months if successful. Bonuses: Starting Month 3, tied directly to performance (output + growth). 13th Month Pay: Guaranteed, in line with Philippine standards.
