I want to roll out a 24/7 voice-driven concierge that guests can reach from any in-room phone or our mobile app. The assistant must understand natural speech, answer questions about the property and nearby attractions, place room-service orders, and—most critically—book spa services straight into our Opera PMS without human intervention. The agent’s first language will be English, yet the design should leave room to add Spanish and French later without refactoring core logic. Crystal-clear audio quality, fast response times, and polite, hotel-grade phrasing are non-negotiable. Please build on technologies suited to real-time telephony (e.g., Twilio, Amazon Connect, Dialogflow CX, or comparable SIP-compatible frameworks), layer in robust speech-to-text / text-to-speech, and connect bi-directionally with Opera PMS for live availability checks, confirmation numbers, and audit logging. Deliverables • Production-ready AI voice agent deployed in our cloud account • Secure Opera PMS integration (read/write for spa bookings, read-only for guest folio look-ups) • Admin dashboard for conversation logs, language switching, and fallback escalation • End-to-end test plan covering peak-hour load, accuracy, and privacy compliance • Brief hand-over video plus code/architecture documentation A smooth, concierge-style guest experience is paramount, so please demonstrate previous voice AI work and outline how you will ensure sub-second latency and flawless etiquette throughout the call flow.
