I want a production-ready WhatsApp bot that can sit inside several group chats, recognise when a customer support query appears, and handle the entire conversation from the first greeting through to resolution. The flow must feel human yet stay consistent with our support knowledge base. Core workflow • As soon as the bot detects a support-related message in any group, it should decide—through real-time contextual understanding—whether a pre-written FAQ snippet is sufficient or if it needs to draft a fresh, AI-generated reply. • If confidence drops below an agreed threshold or the user explicitly asks for a human, the bot should escalate by tagging our on-call agent and handing over the full conversation context. • All of this must happen without disrupting other chats in the group or revealing backend logic to end-users. Key capabilities – Seamless connection to the official WhatsApp Business API – Admin dashboard where I can update scripted answers, view conversation logs, and tweak escalation rules. – Support for multiple groups at once with separate knowledge bases if required. – Lightweight analytics that show response times, resolved tickets, and hand-off rates. Preferred stack I’m open, though Python, Node.js, or Go make most sense for us. The AI layer can be OpenAI GPT, Dialogflow, or a comparable LLM if you have a licence in place. Deliverables 1.
