I want a fully-automated WhatsApp agent that greets every new lead, carries on a natural, machine-learning driven conversation, and qualifies prospects for my service. When a lead asks, the agent must be able to pull from a library of both photos and videos and share them instantly inside the same chat. Once the qualification flow is complete, the bot should book an appointment in my calendar (or through an API endpoint I provide), then store all collected data—name, contact, answers, appointment slot, and any other useful metadata—in a SQL database. For internal follow-up I need two parallel notifications: • a concise, bullet-point summary of the chat sent to a designated WhatsApp number, and • the full conversation transcript emailed to a specific address. Key expectations – Natural language ability powered by machine-learning (not just canned replies). – Reliable media handling of photos and videos. – Clean, well-structured SQL schema and code comments so I can run queries later. – End-to-end deployment on my WhatsApp Business API number; I’m open to Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or another proven gateway if you recommend it. – Administrative panel or config file where I can update media assets and tweak qualification questions without redeploying code.
