The base is sketched out and the processes I want are clear, but nothing is wired up yet. I now need the full automation layer built in Airtable—and, where it makes sense, orchestrated through Make (formerly Integromat). What I expect the finished system to handle • Data entry and updates: records created through forms or external APIs should populate the right tables, trigger look-ups, and keep linked records in sync. • Notifications and alerts: whenever key fields change or deadlines approach, automatic email nudges need to go out to the relevant team members. • Report generation: scheduled roll-ups and summary views must be compiled into PDF or CSV and sent automatically. Integrations The base will pull or push data via a few third-party APIs (details ready to share) and all outgoing messages will be sent through our email service. If any step is better handled by a Make scenario—rather than a native Airtable Automation or a small script—I’m open to your guidance. I would also like someone to upskill me at the same time. Acceptance criteria 1. All three workflows run reliably from both desktop and mobile. 2. Error handling or fallback paths are documented inside the scenarios. 3. Clear hand-off: a short Loom walkthrough plus commented Airtable/Make scenarios so I can maintain them later. If you are comfortable building end-to-end automations with Airtable’s native tools, JavaScript scripting, and Make’s visual builder, I would love to get this pushed live quickly.
