The immediate priorities are: • Re-architecting the current bases to improve database structure and relational links. • Building reliable Automations that trigger Task assignments for new-hire onboarding checkpoints (e.g., equipment, accounts, welcome sessions). Ideal partner: • Proven Airtable track record with complex base design and scripting. • Comfortable iterating over time; this will be a long-term collaboration, not a one-off. • Able to suggest best-practice solutions rather than merely following specs. Deliverables for the first phase will be a detailed plan of the new schema plus working task-assignment automations we can test with our next hire.
