I run DapDap.ie, a live-events web app that has welcomed roughly 1,400 visits since launching in early November 2025. I now need a clearer picture of who these users are and how they interact with the site so I can grow traffic from nearby event-seekers, and better understand how I can improve the experience for my users. Analytics – I need help configuring Posthog or Amplitude as the primary analytics platform. I want to capture age range and geographic location, then follow how users move through the site with metrics such as page views per visit, click-through rates and time on site. – Set up event and funnel tracking so I can spot drop-off points and repeat engagement. – Audit the data already collected (about 100 visitors a week) and surface any quick wins or red-flags you notice. Local-first SEO After the data foundation is in place, I need an actionable local-SEO plan that raises the app’s visibility in “what’s on near me”-type searches. This should cover on-page keyword tuning, metadata, technical hygiene (crawlability, speed, structured data) plus performance benchmarks I can monitor in Posthog or Search Console. Deliverables • Working Posthog or Amplitude implementation with dashboards for the demographics and behaviour metrics above • A short report highlighting current user patterns, friction points and growth opportunities • A step-by-step local SEO checklist, applied to the live site and documented for future releases • A summary of next-step recommendations to keep traffic climbing and retention strong The above is rough idea of what I am looking for, and I am looking for someone who is experience in web analytics and SEO to define a good strategy in analytics and SEO, and help setup those systems.
