I already own the full source code for an Android application and I’m ready to turn it into a polished, Play-Store-ready product. Your first task will be to dive into the existing codebase, streamline anything that slows the build, and prepare it for a full visual overhaul. I’m aiming for a bright, colorful look that feels fresh and instantly recognizable, so the reskin must touch all UI layers—icons, screens, onboarding flow, and splash assets—without sacrificing performance. Once the new skin is in place, I’d like guidance on integrating the right custom features for the first public release. You’ll handle architecture decisions, plug-ins, and any refactoring needed, keeping future updates in mind. Above all, every change has to pass a strict policy audit: no hidden permissions, no gray-area content, and perfect alignment with the latest Google Play Developer Policies so we avoid rejections, suspensions, or surprise takedowns. When the code is solid and fully compliant, you’ll take charge of the Google Play Console: create the listing, craft compelling store assets, generate a signed AAB, and walk the release through internal testing, closed testing, and finally production. Deliverables: • Updated Android source code with complete bright-and-colorful redesign • Technical documentation outlining all modifications and feature hooks • Policy compliance checklist with supporting screenshots/logs • Signed AAB/APK plus keystore setup instructions • Live listing on Google Play (or written steps if store access is restricted to me) I’m looking for someone who has shipped multiple apps, knows the Play Console inside out, and can communicate clearly at every milestone. If that sounds like you, let’s make this launch a success.
