This project involves turning a finalized business concept into a polished Android mobile application. The scope is limited to Android for the initial release, so every design, feature, and integration should be optimized for the latest Android guidelines and devices. Core objectives • Translate the business workflow I will provide into intuitive screens and navigation. • Build a stable, well-structured codebase (Kotlin or Java) that can scale when we later decide to add iOS. • Implement secure user authentication and basic data storage—local or cloud, whichever best fits the architecture you propose. • Package, sign, and prepare the app for Google Play submission, including a brief hand-over guide so I can manage future updates internally. Deliverables 1. Complete Android Studio project with source code and assets. 2. Release-ready APK/AAB. 3. Simple setup & deployment documentation. Acceptance Criteria • App installs and runs on Android 10+ with no critical crashes. • All primary business workflows are functional and match the wireframes/content I provide. • Code passes a quick review for readability and consistent styling. Communication will take place over a shared repository and regular milestone check-ins so progress is transparent from start to finish.
