I need an entry mask that runs on Android phones, where Users (only the ones that I share the link with) can enter and adjust the working hours based on the selected project. on a second page, the user can see an overview of the working hours and adjust it manually, if something is missing or wrong. On the third page, the user can enter information about with track he prepared. and on the forth page, he can select where and how much Diesel he filled up. The entry mask must be simple and the development cost must be low. I shared the Excel File, where the information will be saved. Furthermore, I attached some pictures, how the entry mask should look like. My current budge is $120. The app is not public, no user must signed up
