AutoCAD Drafter + Architectural 3D Modeler for Residential Projects (Exterior + Interior) About the Job Design-Build firm in Denver and Vail, Colorado seeking an experienced AutoCAD drafter and architectural 3D modeler to convert detailed residential plans into accurate, realistic 3D models. Multiple high-end single-family homes (5,000–7,500 sq ft) are ready to start. ________________________________________ Responsibilities Exterior Modeling • Build a complete 3D exterior model from DWG and PDF files • Accurate massing, roofs, windows, doors, and façade details • Decks, patios, outdoor kitchens, and exterior structures • Clean and organized layer management (AutoCAD 2021 and above) Interior Modeling • Model interior walls, floors, ceilings, and stairs • Develop kitchens, baths, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes • Apply realistic materials suitable for high-quality rendering • Any 3D software is acceptable (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender, etc.) ________________________________________ What You Will Receive • Detailed DWG drawings • Dimensioned plans, elevations, and structural notes • Clear design direction and communication ________________________________________ Ideal Candidate • Strong AutoCAD skills • Advanced architectural 3D modeling experience • Residential architecture understanding • Detail oriented with consistent, accurate output • Bonus (not required): experience reviewing drawings for building-permit submittals ________________________________________ Project Overview Three residential homes including: • 5,000–7,500 sq ft finished interiors • 3-car garages • Large decks and outdoor living features • One project includes a built-in pool Recurring work available after these initial projects. ________________________________________ Proposal Requirements (Fixed Price Only) Please provide: 1.
