I am new to ALMA SIS and Mailchimp, and I need an expert who can set this up properly so the processes run themselves and our team can focus on students, not data entry. Student enrollment I want online application forms that push data straight into ALMA the moment a family clicks “submit.” Once an applicant is marked “accepted,” an automated acceptance email—personalised with merge fields—should go out immediately. I’d like this flow built with ALMA’s API (or Zapier/Make if faster) so every new record is accurate and duplicate-free. Parent communication Mailchimp can be our main channel. I need a synced list that pulls parent names and email addresses from ALMA daily, plus automated newsletters and calendar-based event reminders that schedule themselves.
