Each material family should already know its standard accessories (ties, mortar, grout, rebar) yet stay open for regional tweaks in mix designs or code requirements. • An easy way for me to add new material types or regional standards later without editing a maze of formulas—ideally through a “Factors” sheet or a well-commented VBA module. The workbook currently has the basic sheets and formulas; the job here is to restructure it with clear data tables, dynamic named ranges, and, where it makes sense, VBA macros or Power Query so every calculation reacts immediately to changes. Clean, documented code and intelligible cell naming are essential so I can maintain it after delivery. Acceptance criteria: • I change a spacing value or switch from CMU to brick and see every cost, quantity, and profit line update correctly. • No broken links, circular references, or hidden errors (tested with sample data I’ll supply). • All formulas and macros are commented so I can extend them for future regional factors.
