B2B Growth / Sales Ops Consultant to build a lead generation machine (Clay, Prosp.ai, Smartleads…) Context I am looking for a freelance consultant to design, set up and document a complete lead generation system for two activities: • Prouesse Boutique advisory firm focused on fundraising and M&A for high-impact companies (social and environmental impact). • LevéO Training and coaching program that helps founders and entrepreneurs raise capital. The goal is to build a scalable, documented and manageable B2B acquisition engine, not to buy contact lists. Tools already identified or considered: Clay, Prosp.ai, Smartleads, Signaux Faibles, LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, CRM, Zapier / Make, etc. Scope of work 1. Diagnosis and strategy • Clarify ICPs and personas for LevéO and Prouesse • Audit current assets (tools, data, messages, CRM if any) • Propose a clear outbound strategy: channels, volumes, KPIs, guardrails 2. Lead generation process design • Define the full funnel: sourcing, enrichment, qualification, meeting booking • Select and combine the right tools • Define data rules: scoring, cleaning, updates 3. Technical setup • Connect tools together (CRM, email, LinkedIn, automation) • Build workflows: • sourcing and enrichment • multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn) • routing replies and meetings into the CRM or tracking tool • Draft messaging templates, qualification scripts and follow-up templates 4. Testing and optimization • Launch initial pilot campaigns for both activities • Test segments, angles, messaging and cadences • Set up dashboards to monitor performance 5. Handover and optional maintenance • Document the system: diagrams, SOPs, Loom videos • Train the team so they can run it without you • Optional: monthly support for continuous optimization Expected deliverables • Clear map of the prospecting funnel for LevéO and Prouesse • Configured and working tool stack • 1 to 3 complete outbound sequences per ICP (emails + LinkedIn) • Dashboards and KPI reporting • Full documentation: processes, playbooks, templates, checklists Profile • Strong experience in B2B Growth / Outbound / Sales Ops • Proven track record with service businesses, training, agencies or B2B SaaS • Hands-on experience with several of the following: Clay, Prosp.ai, Smartleads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Make / Zapier, CRM systems • Able to: • think strategically • implement and troubleshoot technically • document and transfer the knowledge Nice to have: • Experience with fundraising, investors or selling to founders / CEOs • Fluent in French would be a plus Engagement terms • Initial mission: roughly 5 to 10 days over 4 to 6 weeks • Remote work with regular video calls • Start date: as soon as possible Please include in your proposal: 1. 2 or 3 concrete examples of lead generation systems you built (tool stack and outcomes) 2.
