Backend Development (Phase 1) - General context 1) Web-based platform focused on the end-to-end digitalization of operational processes involving assets, users, and recurring workflows. 2) Initial scope targets individual end users and small-scale use cases, not enterprise deployments. 3) Early-stage project with internally defined functional flows. High-level functional scope 1) Management of core entities (assets, users, and contractual or relational objects). 2) Lifecycle and state management for those entities. 3) Tracking of transactions, events, and status changes. 4) Incident and task management linked to assets and users. 5) User communications and notification system. 6) Architecture designed to allow additional functional modules in later phases. Technical scope – Phase 1 1) Development of the backend for the web platform (MVP). 2) Definition of a backend architecture oriented toward scalability and future evolution. 3) API exposure for consumption by a web frontend and a future mobile application. 4) User authentication and authorization. 5) Integration with standard third-party services: a) Payment gateways. b) Messaging and notification services. c) Identity verification and digital signature services (optional for MVP). 6) Logging, error handling, and baseline security best practices. Preferred technologies (not exclusive) 1) Backend: Node.js and/or Python. 2) Modular or microservices-based architecture. 3) Relational database (PostgreSQL or equivalent). 4) Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar). 5) Use of widely adopted third-party services for payments, communications, and identity.
