I have a custom-coded site that runs on CorePHP with front-end HTML/CSS only—no page builders, no frameworks to hide behind. Eighteen to twenty pages now crawl along, and they all need to hit a minimum 80+ score on Google PageSpeed Insights for both mobile and desktop so my Google and Facebook ad spend is not wasted. The home page, every product page, and the contact page are the priority, but the remaining pages must meet the same benchmark once we are done. You will be working directly in the raw codebase, so please be comfortable fine-tuning CorePHP templates, compressing and lazy-loading images, minifying CSS/JS, setting correct cache headers, and implementing any server-level tweaks (Gzip, Brotli, HTTP/2, etc.) that make sense. I expect best-practice solutions only—no cosmetic quick fixes that disappear with the next deployment. Design, functionality, and existing SEO have to stay intact. Acceptance criteria • Each targeted page scores 80 or higher on both mobile and desktop in Google PageSpeed Insights • No visual or functional regressions after optimisation • A brief before/after report outlining the changes, with the PageSpeed URLs for verification Once those three boxes are ticked, the project is done.
