I’m launching a two-sided hiring and shift-coverage platform dedicated to Atlanta’s bar and restaurant scene and I need a Bubble.io specialist to bring the first milestone to life. Phase-one priority The critical feature for this build is a full-time job board that lets venues post open roles and lets workers discover them through an intuitive search and filter interface. The goal is to ship a clean, responsive experience where chefs, bartenders, servers, and managers can quickly zero in on roles that match their needs and apply from any device. Scope of this engagement • Configure the Bubble.io database to support worker, venue, and job objects with the relationships we’ll need later for reviews, verification status, and shift coverage. • Build the front-end pages for posting and browsing jobs, including the search bar, filter modal, and results list. • Set up user authentication so that only verified venues can publish listings and only logged-in workers can apply. • Add simple in-app messaging that activates after an application is accepted so both parties can coordinate next steps. • Deliver an admin view that lets me moderate job posts and track basic analytics (post count, applications per post, user growth). Looking ahead, the same codebase will expand to worker/venue verification, last-minute shift coverage with urgency tags, push notifications, and a two-way review system, so build choices need to be scalable. Acceptance criteria • All pages load smoothly on desktop and mobile. • Search and filter return accurate, paginated results every time. • A venue can post, edit, and archive a job; a worker can apply once per job. • Admin dashboard shows real-time counts for users and active jobs. • Code is fully documented inside Bubble for easy hand-off. If you’ve already shipped production apps with Bubble’s new responsive engine and understand the nuances of hospitality hiring, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle this.
