My goal is to replace repetitive manual work with a set of smart n8n workflows that connect our CRM, email-marketing platform, and project-management tool. The automations must handle lead management, timed customer follow-ups, and two-way data synchronisation so information is always current across every system. What I expect from the finished solution: • Modular n8n flows that can be switched on or off without touching core logic • Separate sub-flows (the “engines”) for lead capture, nurture sequences, and record syncing, each triggering from new events in the CRM or email platform • Clear mapping of every field moved between apps, plus error handling that notifies me if a step fails • A short loom/video or markdown guide that explains how to edit credentials, timing, and conditions in case our processes evolve I will supply access to the three platforms and sample data; you deliver the ready-to-run n8n export files and the documentation. Once imported into our self-hosted instance, hitting “Execute Workflow” should perform every task exactly as a human would—only faster.
