I need a full-time frontend developer who can translate our already-running backend APIs into a seamless experience for executive recruiters. The application is an applicant-tracking system, and its first release must cover two core areas: candidate management workflows and a robust reporting & analytics dashboard. Framework choice is open; I am comfortable with React, Angular, or Vue.js—use whichever you can deliver most efficiently and maintainably. The interface has to feel modern and minimalistic, with fast loading times and intuitive navigation across desktop and mobile. You will: • Consume our REST/GraphQL endpoints and surface the data through clean, reusable components. • Implement state management, routing, authentication, and role-based access. • Design and code responsive screens for candidate pipelines, profile views, search, filters, and analytics charts. • Set up automated testing and CI so each commit ships bug-free. • Work closely with our backend and product teams in a sprint cadence, pushing code to a shared repo and staging environment. Acceptance criteria: – All views render flawlessly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. – Lighthouse performance score ≥90. – Unit and integration test coverage ≥80 %. – Accessibility meets WCAG 2.1 AA. If this sounds like a challenge you’re eager to own end-to-end, tell me which framework you’d pick and why, plus a link to a similar data-heavy UI you’ve shipped. If you have read this far, start your proposal message with my favourite food is ... and why.
