The core modules I need delivered are: • User management for three distinct roles—Admins, Suppliers and Purchasers—each with tailored permissions and screens. • Standard email-and-password authentication, with secure password reset and basic account-lock rules. • A supplier directory where Admins and Purchasers can add, edit or deactivate supplier records. • Purchase Request flow: Purchaser drafts, Admin approves. • RFQ generation directly from an approved request. • Supplier quotation portal so invited suppliers can submit their prices and terms online. • A side-by-side quotation comparison table that highlights best price and key variances. • One-click selection of the winning supplier, triggering automatic Purchase Order creation (PDF + stored record). • Email notifications for key events—RFQ invitations, quotation received, PO issued, status changes. • A statistics dashboard showing spend by supplier, average lead time, open vs. closed requests, and other KPIs we can refine together. Tech stack is flexible as long as it meets modern security standards and can scale; common frameworks such as React or Vue on the front end and Node, Laravel or Django on the back end are all acceptable if you can justify the choice. RESTful APIs and a relational database (PostgreSQL/MySQL) are preferred. Acceptance criteria 1. Responsive UI, tested on the latest Chrome, Firefox and Safari. 2. Role-based access strictly enforced. 3. All primary flows—request to PO—completed without console or server errors. 4. Email messages reach major providers’ inboxes (no spam folder). 5.
