Build Voice AI Agent for VoIP system

I have a custom-built VoIP system and now I need a conversational Voice AI agent fully integrated into it. The agent must: • answer common user FAQs with a natural, friendly tone • transfer callers to the appropriate live extension when requests fall outside its scope • record every call and automatically generate accurate, time-stamped transcripts for later review I’ll supply SIP credentials, call-flow diagrams and a small set of example dialogs. You will wire the AI logic into the VoIP stack, expose a simple dashboard or API so I can update FAQs on the fly, and ensure recordings and transcripts are stored in the format my compliance team already uses (WAV + JSON). Completion is accepted when live test calls on my staging server prove that: 1. callers get the right FAQ answers within two turns or less, 2. transfers occur with no audible latency, and 3. recorded audio and transcripts appear in my S3 bucket within 60 seconds of call end. If you have experience with ASR/NLU engines such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or open-source alternatives and can demonstrate previous VoIP integrations, I’d like to move quickly—please outline your proposed toolchain and timeline.
