I’m starting a casual game for mobile and want to get the very first slice—“Part 1”—up and running. This milestone should give me a playable build that proves the concept, feels polished enough for internal testing, and runs smoothly on current phones. Scope • Implement the core loop for this casual title (simple pick-up-and-play, 3D stylized Design . • Create a single test level that showcases the mechanic, placeholder art and sound are fine at this stage. • Basic UI: start screen, pause, scoring, and an end-of-round summary. • Mobile optimisation so the APK/IPA installs cleanly and performance stays above 60 fps on typical mid-range devices. • Clean, well-commented code so the next phases can build on it easily. Deliverables 1. Source project (Unity, Godot, or your preferred mobile-friendly engine). 2. One signed Android build; iOS build if you have a Mac certificate, otherwise we’ll add that later. 3. Short “how to extend” read-me covering scene structure, input handling, and asset folders. 4. A quick screen-capture video that shows the level running end-to-end.
