Back-office needs • An “Import” area where I can drop an .xlsx file to create or update products, prices, or stock in bulk. • Order dashboard showing status, customer details, and a one-click “Export to Excel” or “Download report” button. • Daily, weekly, and custom-date reporting, also downloadable in spreadsheet form.
