The brief is straightforward: produce a full-set of 2D plans and photorealistic 3D renders that show me exactly how a classic-style redesign will look and feel. Key focus areas • Display cases • Lighting • Customer lounge The mood should celebrate timeless elegance—think polished wood accents paired with refined glass details. Marble can appear sparingly as an accent if it enhances the classic atmosphere, but wood and glass should dominate. Your package should cover: – Scaled 2D floor plan with furniture, casework and lighting layout – 3D interior perspectives (minimum three angles per focus area) that clearly illustrate finishes, colours and traffic flow – A short material palette board so contractors know what to order Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit for plans and 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar for the renders; as long as the final images are high-resolution and the CAD is editable, I’m flexible. Once I approve the concept, we can discuss any minor tweaks before you deliver final files (DWG or RVT for 2D; PNG/JPG and source file for 3D).
