Scope (non-negotiable): Mobile app (Android mandatory, iOS preferred) Web admin dashboard Real-time tracking (live location, history playback) Device management (add/remove/assign) Alerts: ignition on/off, geofence, overspeed, power cut User roles (admin, reseller, customer) Scalable backend (multi-tenant from day one) Clean UI — functional, not fancy Technical expectations: Experience with GPS protocols (Teltonika, TCP/UDP, or similar) Backend: Node / Python / Java (justify your choice) Frontend: Flutter / React / React Native (again, justify) Proper database design (this is not a toy app) API-first approach Code must be maintainable and documented What I don’t want: Beginners learning on my project “I can do anything” profiles with no GPS proof Over-engineered nonsense or copy-paste clone apps What I want from you: Relevant GPS tracking projects (links or screenshots) Your proposed tech stack (with reasoning) Timeline with milestones Fixed price or clear phase-wise costing Post-launch support plan This is a startup-level product with long-term potential. If you deliver well, this won’t be a one-off job. Apply only if you’ve actually built GPS/IoT systems before.
