I am looking for crisp, realistic 3D visuals of a new commercial fit-out. The focus is on the reception area and the meeting rooms, and I need each scene rendered with full furniture placement so stakeholders can understand flow and scale before we sign off on finishes. You will receive the architectural plans, reference photos, and a mood-board that outlines our preferred materials. Using your preferred toolset—3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, or similar—please create renderings that accurately convey spatial proportions, furniture sizes, and material textures. At this stage décor and styling can be minimal; the priority is furniture layout and overall ambience. Deliverables • Two high-resolution stills per space (front and angled view) • Native project files and export-ready OBJ/FBX I would like one round of revisions included so we can tweak furniture positions or camera angles if needed. If you can add a quick camera fly-through later, let me know—that may become a follow-up task. Timing is flexible but completing the first drafts within a week would be ideal.
