I need a unified web and mobile ecosystem that serves our private members community from end to end. The core build includes: • Responsive website plus native apps for both iOS and Android, all drawing from a single back-end. • Secure member registration and login tied to rich, searchable member profiles. • An in-app forum that supports discussion threads, one-to-one private messaging, and real-time live chat without forcing users onto third-party tools. • A simple dashboard where I can generate single-use or recurring discount codes for our partner offers, track redemption, and deactivate codes at any time. Everything should sit on a scalable, well-documented back-end (Laravel, Node, Django—open to your recommendation) with clean REST or GraphQL APIs so new features can be added later, such as subscription billing if we decide to introduce it. Acceptance criteria 1. Web app and both mobile apps pass store review and load the same user data. 2. User creation, login, and profile editing complete in <3 steps. 3. Forum, PM, and live chat operate with push notifications and read receipts. 4. Discount codes can be created, limited by quantity/date, and exported to CSV. 5. Administrator panel is protected by 2-factor auth and logs key actions. 6. Source code delivered via private Git repo with README and deployment scripts.
