We have an existing web platform that is already functionally developed, but we need an experienced web designer/developer to help us finish, polish, optimize and professionalize the full product before launch. The platform is a SaaS/AI-based career and education platform focused on helping students, schools and companies manage profiles, opportunities, skills, internships, job preparation and professional development. The core functionality already exists, but the website still needs refinement in several areas: - Improve the overall UI/UX and visual consistency - Make the platform feel more premium, modern and trustworthy - Fix layout issues, spacing, responsiveness and mobile experience - Improve the profile pages, including experience, skills, certifications and personal information sections - Make forms, buttons, navigation and dashboards more intuitive - Polish the admin area and make role-based access clearer - Separate user experiences for students, teachers, companies and admins - Improve the companies area and schools area - Ensure the platform is clean, professional and ready for demos with schools and businesses - Fix small bugs, inconsistencies and any broken interactions - Optimize speed, structure and overall user flow We are looking for a clean, modern and minimalistic style, not something overly complex or flashy. The goal is to make the platform look like a serious, high-quality SaaS product. The ideal freelancer should be comfortable with UI/UX, frontend development, responsive design, dashboard layouts, SaaS platforms and general web application polish. We do not need the project built from scratch. We need someone who can enter an existing codebase, understand the current structure, improve what already exists, and help us take it from “functional but rough” to “professional and launch-ready”.
