Our new estate and lettings agency is almost ready to launch; the last piece is using the Spectre-based template into a polished, fully functioning site that talks perfectly to Street and the property portals. Reading the previous proposals I feel that I did not explain this correctly. Street CRm and Spectre are the same company they are already fully integrated, the portal integrations are handled via the portals directly to Street and then the website and vice versa so the integration part is already being handled as are other integrations so there is no work on this part of the project required. Here’s what still needs doing: • Content creation – populate the pages with engaging, SEO-friendly copy and the right images for sales, lettings, valuations and contact. • Design customisation – re-work the template layouts so the flow matches our brand story, while keeping the Spectre framework intact. You’ll have direct access to our Spectre dashboard plus the Street API documentation, and I’ll supply brand assets and a sitemap on day one. I’m aiming for a smooth hand-over with everything signed off, browser-tested and ready to go live. If you already know the Spectre/Street environment that’s a huge plus, but solid experience in templated real-estate sites, responsive layout tweaks and CRM integrations will also get this over the line quickly.
