We are looking for a UI/UX designer to completely redesign a complex, service-based marketplace & recruitment platform, with a strong focus on trust, premium feel, and usability. This is not a small landing page project. The platform already exists and is fully functional, but the current design does not meet the desired quality level. Your task is a full visual and structural overhaul, not minor tweaks. The product, called My-Master, is a multi-role ecosystem consisting of: 1. Marketplace - Clients post Demands (what they need) - Companies post Offers (services they provide) - Two-way interaction with filtering, promotions, and messaging 2. Recruitment / Job Board (Public) - Companies post job ads - Public access (even without login) - Clear application flow for workers 3.
