Core features I need you to weave together: • Interactive farm map built for quick navigation of paddocks, sheds, water points and other assets. • Deep Xero integration that pushes and pulls Payroll, Invoicing and Expense tracking data in real time, so our books stay tidy without double entry. • Spreadsheet-style “grid math” sheets baked into the app—think lightweight Excel that lets staff run fertiliser rates, feed mixes or cost calculations on the fly. • Digital timesheets with tap-to-clock-in/out and GPS stamping to verify location. • Live task lists, project boards and group chats so teams can coordinate in the paddock or the office. • User profiles that store certifications, emergency contacts and any forms they submit (e.g., incident reports, JSA checklists). • Smart rostering with a weekly calendar view, push notifications for shift changes and a clean notification centre. • A consolidated projects section to track budgets, milestones and field progress. I’m expecting: 1. Clean, intuitive UI/UX wireframes for approval before development starts. 2. A stable, well-documented codebase (preferred stack is up to you, as long as performance and offline caching are solid). 3. End-to-end Xero API setup, tested in both sandbox and live environments. 4.
