I’m building a full-stack personal loan application that goes well beyond simple form submission. The app must let users calculate eligibility and EMIs in real time, submit a complete loan request, and track its progress—all while I capture the data needed to improve decision-making and portfolio performance. Core user-side functions • Loan calculator and dedicated EMI calculator • Application tracker with real-time status updates • Credit score analysis drawing on CIBIL data • End-to-end KYC, including video-KYC and geolocation capture • Secure upload of income proof and bank statements via an account-aggregator connection • In-app payment gateway for fee or EMI collection Operational tools • Admin panel to review, approve or reject requests, manage users, and set product parameters • Analytics module that surfaces market trends, investment performance, customer spending habits, and loan-application metrics so I can refine credit policies on the fly Technical and compliance expectations The build must follow regional lending regulations, incorporate strong encryption for data in transit and at rest, and be structured for future scaling. Code quality, a clean git history, and clear documentation are non-negotiable. Deliverables 1. Mobile apps (iOS & Android) plus responsive web portal 2. Backend APIs with role-based access control 3. Database schema and migration scripts 4. Admin dashboard and analytics panels 5. Deployment scripts or CI/CD pipeline 6. Handover documents: architecture diagram, environment variables list, and user guide Acceptance criteria An end-to-end demo that walks through loan origination, KYC approval, disbursement simulation, and EMI collection will be the final test before sign-off.
