Pipedrive CRM + AI Lead Qualification + Automation System (End-to-End Build) Project Description I am building a new platform and need an experienced freelancer to design and implement a complete CRM and automation system centered around Pipedrive. This is not a basic setup. I am looking for someone who understands sales processes, automation, and AI-driven lead qualification, and can build a system that is structured, scalable, and efficient. Scope of Work This project will be executed in milestones, starting with the CRM foundation and expanding into AI qualification and automation. Milestone 1 – CRM Foundation (Immediate Priority) * Set up Pipedrive CRM * Build 3 pipelines: * Funding * Factoring (high-volume) * Advisory (high-value) * Create deal stages, fields, and structured intake * Integrate website forms (Webflow, WordPress, or similar) * Automate: * Lead capture → Pipedrive * Source tagging (by domain/campaign) * Deal assignment and routing * Notifications and task creation Milestone 2 – AI Qualification + Lead Routing * Implement AI-based lead scoring (OpenAI or similar) * Score leads based on: * Industry * Deal size * Urgency * Fit * Route leads based on score: * High-value → advisory pipeline * High-volume → factoring pipeline Milestone 3 – Communication + Workflow Automation * Set up email workflows (follow-ups, nurture sequences) * Build: * Stale deal alerts * 90-day nurture campaigns * Activity tracking * Optional: integrate phone system (Nextiva or similar) Ideal Candidate * Strong experience with Pipedrive (required) * Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n * Familiar with AI tools (OpenAI, GPT, or similar) * Background in sales automation, CRM architecture, or RevOps * Able to build systems that are practical and scalable (not overly complex) To Apply Please include: 1.
