I need a mobile content delivery platform app built simultaneously for iOS and Android, supported by a well-structured database that keeps everything running quickly and reliably. The core work involves: • Designing and coding the front-end for both platforms, keeping the UI clean and intuitive so users can move through tasks with minimal taps. • Building a secure, scalable back-end—whether that means Firebase, AWS, PostgreSQL, or another stack you recommend—complete with an API layer that cleanly separates data from presentation. • Implementing real-time sync and offline data caching so users can stay productive even when their connection drops. • Creating the database schema, migrations, and documentation so future maintenance is straightforward. • App will require 3 categories of user - administrator, super user and user, each with different functions and access rights. • The App must be able to perform simple data tracking and analysis of different users. Once the core features are in place, I’ll want a brief knowledge-transfer call and a hand-off package that includes source code, build instructions, and a populated test database.
