I will send you a 2-D floor plan and I need it turned into a fully realised SketchUp model—complete with textures, realistic lighting, and all visible architectural elements. Every wall, door, window, and built-in fixture must match the plan’s dimensions so that the model is ready for high-quality rendering the moment I receive it. Because the brief calls for high detail, I’m expecting you to: • Build the entire space accurately in SketchUp (.skp), including ceilings, floors, trims, and key furniture pieces shown on the plan. • Apply appropriate materials and textures so surfaces read correctly in still renders. • Add lighting that allows me to produce photo-real images without major rework. • Supply the native SketchUp file plus a few exported JPG/PNG views that demonstrate the finished look. Timing is critical—I’m looking to review the first draft as soon as it’s ready, ideally within a couple of days, and sign off on the final model shortly after.
